We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay (on Safari Mobile & Safari Mac), Amazon Pay (in the US), and PayPal. We are working on accepting alternative payment methods in the near future.
As an e-commerce company based in the USA, we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time, and depending on the state to which items are being shipped.
All prices displayed on our European site are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax.) You will not be charged at checkout.
You may check-out as a guest but we recommend creating an account to make your life a little easier next time you shop with us.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna. If you are in the domestic US, you will see an additional payment option at checkout. Simply select 4 interest-free installments with Klarna as your payment method. You will be redirected to Klarna’s website to enter your credit or debit card information. This is the card Klarna will use for all scheduled automatic payments.
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
There are no added costs. However, a late fee of up to $7 may be charged by Klarna if an automatic payment cannot be collected. Please see Klarna’s terms for more information.
Yes, the standard ANINE BING return policy applies. If something is not quite right, email concierge@aninebing.co within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Scheduled payment dates cannot be modified. Klarna currently only offers the option to pay early. If you are unable to make a payment, please contact Klarna directly via the Klarna app or at Klarna.com. Unfortunately, our ANINE BING Concierge Team is unable to assist with any Klarna payment inquiries.
If your order includes multiple items and they are shipped separately, you will have an installment plan for each shipment. You will not be required to pay for an item that has yet to ship.
This payment option is currently only available for US domestic customers. Once we are able to gather feedback and test this technology successfully, we will look into offering the same opportunity for international customers.
Yes, the standard ANINE BING return policy applies. If something is not quite right, email concierge@aninebing.co within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
It can take up to 10 business days to receive your refund once it has been processed by the ANINE BING Returns Department. If you paid using Klarna’s monthly financing option, the refund will be applied directly to your Klarna account. If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to your card.
Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an ANINE BING gift card. You are still responsible for your payments to Klarna associated with that purchase.

If your order has already shipped, your first Klarna installment will have already been processed. If that is the case, we would be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

We try to keep our classics in stock year round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. Visit the product page of any sold-out item and select your size and color. You will see a button that says “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK.” If we do restock the item you have your eye on, you’ll be the very first to know.
Soon… we promise! We get so excited about our new styles that we sometimes share sneak peeks on social media. Send a screenshot to concierge@aninebing.co and we’d be happy to let you know the name of that item and its planned launch date.
Although we try to make sure we offer all styles to all of our customers, we ship from two different warehouses. Sometimes, inventory may only be available at one of our warehouses. We use your feedback to determine which items will be restocked.
Anine is almost always a size XS across the board and a size 24 in bottoms.
To view the size chart, click on “Fit Guide” located on any product page. You can also reference the "Fit + Measurements" dropdown for more details. If you need further assistance, please contact a stylist by emailing styling@aninebing.com or visiting the Personal Shopping + Styling page.
Many of our styles are intended to fit a little more oversized than you may be used to. If we recommend sizing up or sizing down, we’ll let you know on the product page. Otherwise, we encourage you to take your usual size and experiment with layering, tucking, folding sleeves and more. Email us anytime for styling or fit advice.
As a result of your feedback, we are working to expand our size offerings. We now offer extended sizing for key styles. If you don’t see your size or don’t know which size to order, please email us at concierge@aninebing.co.

We offer free standard shipping (for orders above $100) to most regions worldwide. All orders that do not meet the $100 minimum will require a shipping fee of $25. However, we have two different versions of our website. On our main website, www.aninebing.com, you will see a pop-up to select your country. Our US website services the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe and Israel. If you select a European country or Israel, you will be brought to our European website. Our European website ships for free to Europe and Israel. Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.
We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.
We offer free standard shipping for most international shipments but only cover duties for Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, and New Zealand. Any applicable duties or taxes are automatically calculated by Global-e at checkout. The amount is determined by your country’s Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. International taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) are set by the destination country. Select DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) at checkout to pre-pay these fees. All fees will be listed on the Global-e international checkout page. If DDP is not selected, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery. ANINE BING is not responsible for these charges.
We are pleased to share that we now offer expedited shipping for online orders via FedEx 2 Day Express. Available with any US Domestic order for a shipping cost of $25. Order must be placed by 10AM PST. Orders placed after 8AM PST will ship the next business day. Excludes delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at concierge@aninebing.co.
Please email us at concierge@aninebing.co as soon as you can. If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details. Please note we are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed. We can, however, help you cancel your original order and place a new order as long as your order has yet to process.
Please note cancellations for any full-price or sale purchases are prohibited during any sale period. This restriction is also listed at checkout during sale times.
Please email us at concierge@aninebing.co. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
We offer returns for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns only apply to unworn and unwashed full-price merchandise returned to us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
There is a return fee of $8 (per return) for any full-price merchandise within policy.

At this time, we cannot process exchanges, but are happy to accept your return, so that you can place another order.
Returns are $8 per order, for any full-price purchase within policy. Should you choose to forgo our return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.

For international orders placed using Global-e, select "express prepaid return" to receive a free DHL label in the returns portal. Otherwise, you may receive a "standard return label" to use a carrier of your choice at your own expense.
Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

International customers, submit your request via our Global-e platform to receive a prepaid return label. You will be prompted to enter your order number (the longer order number starting with GE) and your email address used to place the order. To initiate an exchange, please contact concierge@aninebing.co.
Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase. If your order is within our 14-day return policy, please select the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return, and the method in which you'll return the item(s).
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your ANINE BING account or back to the original payment method. Store credit will be sent to you via email or applied to your cart at checkout.

Available gift card amounts are preset. At this time we are unable to generate custom amounts. Once purchased, e-gift cards have unique gift codes that are sent via email. If your recipient does not use the whole amount all at once, it will remain on the card balance until their next order. Gift cards never expire.

Global-e is a cross-border solution that offers a customized checkout experience, including region-specific currency and shipping options, for international customers. When you are ready to checkout, you will be brought to a Global-e portal to process your payment.
Global-e accepts hundreds of payment methods for international customers. Different payment methods are available for each region. Payment methods include Alipay, AmazonPay, American Express, ApplePay, Diners, Discover, JCB, Klarna, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa, and more.
